ABU Manager-Regulatory, Legal & IP Services

Applications are being sought from suitably qualified individuals for the above mentioned position. This is one of the senior positions within the ABU Secretariat. The Manager-Regulatory, Legal & IP Services reports directly to the Secretary-General and is responsible for copyright and legal activities.

Applications will only be considered from candidates with a recognised degree in a relevant field and a minimum 5-10 years’ experience in areas related to broadcasting, copyright, law.

The applicant should be a citizen of a country within the ABU region.

1. Salary

The salary for this position will depend on qualifications and experience. If the successful applicant is a non-Malaysian citizen, salary and allowances will be free of income tax in Malaysia.

2. Annual leave
Twenty-one (21) working days' paid annual leave is offered.

3. Medical benefits
Group hospitalisation insurance cover will be provided in addition to reimbursement of 70 percent of outpatient medical and dental treatments up to RM1,800 a year.
