Manager, Public Affairs & Communications

The ABU has a vacancy for the above position. Applications are therefore being sought to fill this position effective from April 2018.

This is one of the senior positions in the ABU Secretariat, reporting to the Secretary-General.

REQUIREMENTS
Applications will only be considered from candidates with a recognised degree in a relevant field and a minimum 5-10 years’ experience in journalism and publication areas related to broadcasting or print media. The applicant should be a citizen of a country within the ABU region.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
  1. The salary for this position will depend on qualifications and experience. If the successful applicant is a non-Malaysian citizen, salary and allowances will be free of income tax in Malaysia.
  2. Annual leave Twenty one (21) working days paid annual leave is offered. 
  3. Medical benefits Group Hospitalisation & Surgical and Group Personal Accident insurance covers will be provided in addition to reimbursement of 70 percent of outpatient medical and dental treatments up to a set amount.

ABU Manager-Regulatory, Legal & IP Services

Applications are being sought from suitably qualified individuals for the abovementioned position. This is one of the senior positions within the ABU Secretariat. The Manager-Regulatory, Legal & IP Services reports directly to the Secretary-General and is responsible for copyright and legal activities.
